Delivery and Returns
Free delivery is quoted for UK mainland addresses only - certain areas of the Highlands and Northern Scotland may attract a surcharge. For delivery other than mainland UK please contact us for a quote.
We will give you an estimated date of dispatch for your order. If these dates cannot be met for whatever reason we will try to keep you informed of any delays and when you can expect delivery. Whilst we make every effort to keep to stated delivery times, we cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of a failure to meet estimated delivery dates and times.
Any shortages or damage to your delivery must be advised to us upon receipt.
We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible to resolve this matter.
We make every effort to deliver goods within estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors ie breakdowns, weather conditions etc. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
In the UK we will use either DPD or APC, for international orders DPD will be the primary courier.
A signature will be required by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery.
If you are not in, the carrier will normally attempt to leave with a neighbour. The carrier will leave a card stating the date and time they called. Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery. After 2 failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned to our warehouse. This will incur a redelivery charge to you.
Returns/Cancellations
All notices of cancellation must be given to the company in writing and agreed prior to cancellation with our sales team. This can be done by emailing pmp@parrysgroup.co.uk.
In the event that you cancel an order after delivery, you must inform the company in writing within 7 days. The goods must then be returned at your own expense to the company within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order. This will be at your own expense and you will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge. The goods must be unused and in pristine condition for resale including any product packaging. If goods are not fit for resale then no refund will be given or a partial refund depending on the condition.
We will not be liable for any costs incurred during the returning of cancelled orders. The goods will not be deemed to have been returned until notification is given by the us that the goods have been returned to the address provided. We STRONGLY recommend using a signed for delivery option when returning goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
