After 2 failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned to our warehouse. This will incur a redelivery charge to you.
All notices of cancellation must be given to the company in writing and agreed prior to cancellation with our sales team. This can be done by emailing email@example.com .In the event that you cancel an order after delivery, you must inform the company in writing within 7 days. This will be at your own expense and you will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge. The goods must be unused and in pristine condition for resale including any product packaging. If goods are not fit for resale then no refund will be given or a partial refund depending on the condition. We will not be liable for any costs incurred during the returning of cancelled orders.
